A problem with a report
A number that looks wrong, a competitor that is not really a competitor, a scan that has not arrived. Include the company name and we can find the run.
Refunds
If we cannot deliver the scan you paid for, you get all of your money back. Say what happened and it is handled without an argument.
Security and privacy
Data handling questions, deletion requests, or anything you want to report. Deletion is done within 30 days and confirmed in writing.
